Flat rate of $3.50 for all purchases within Singapore! (excluding off-shore islands and Sentosa)

FREE SHIPPING for orders above $100.

 

🌍 Rest of the World

We provide affordable shipping for our international customers, to most of the countries around the world where possible. Shipping fees will be reflected accordingly by geographical location at checkout.

Please note that more accurate shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We only insure packages shipped via International Shipping (with Tracking) against losses and theft. Online tracking information after dispatch from Singapore is subjected to the destination post's availability. 

International deliveries may take up to 10-25 working days to reach, depending on region and global situations (example, during a world-wide pandemic). We seek your understanding and patience. Feel free to reach us via the online contact form HERE for any queries or purchase and shipping matters.

BearNana reserves the rights to cancel and refund orders if delivery to certain countries are not available at that time.

 

DUTIES AND FEES

For international orders, customers are responsible for their local taxes and custom duties, where applicable, to be paid during collection of item. Any taxes or duties payable will have to be paid to delivery company prior to receipt of goods. For bulky items, we might not be able to ship internationally, do check with us if you have any queries. 

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
